Teacher: "I don't get it. Birds can solve subtle trigonometric problems to dive at the right angle to catch fish refracted by the water. So why are my students all failing?"

Friend: "Maybe they need an incentive. Have you tried rewarding good test scores with raw fish?"

Teacher: "Of course I have! But you know what they say: give a man a fish, he'll eat for a day. Teach a man with fish, and he'll file a complaint with the administration."
