Students: "I like math tests, actually." "Yeah. So much more objective than English."

[The night before] Teacher (at a desk of papers): "How can I narrow the infinite variety of possible questions to an arbitrary set of ten? Won't the choices be whims? Can the grading scheme avoid embodying my personal priorities?"

Teacher (next day, forced smile): "Yes! So objective!"
